Fred's Performance Automotive is owned and operated by Fred Massie, a native of Youngstown, Ohio. Fred is a mechanic with over 25 years of experience servicing all makes and models of cars and trucks, but his passion is cars that go fast! He has a particular interest in Ford products, especially mustangs and rangers, and just loves that Mustang 5.0 engine, an interest probably developed from spending years with his grandfather tinkering under the hoods of his many Ford products.

Fred's dad, Fred Sr, is another motorhead and talented mechanic can often be found working around the shop, or when not working on a project he is "grandpa" to Fred's dog Squid, an Australian Terrier who not only protects the shop from all that moves, but keeps those boys in line!
